Young Horse Champions crowned at the PAVO British Eventing Breeding Championships

The 2005 Breeding Championships, generously supported by PAVO Feeds and with additional sponsorship from The Supporters of British Breeding, Preci-Spark Event Horses, West Kington Stud, Weston Stud and Team Opposition, are now well established with owners, riders and breeders specifically aiming their horses for this competition.

On the day, Ideal Rock, became the 4 Year Old Champion, with a dressage score of 15 which he finished on, whilst 2nd spot went to Monarch's Poetry In Motion with owner/rider Helen Wilson.

In the 5 Year Old Championships, Tokay won after getting closest to the optimum time in the cross country relegating Epic, ridden by Andrew Nicholson to second place.

Salerno took top honours in the 6 Year Old class, with Boxter Bravo in second place.

In the In-Hand classes the Champion was the Yearling Pleasure Beacon, by It's Without Doubt, out of Rising time by Primitive rising, whilst the Reserve Championship was awarded to the 2 Year Old Thomas Gudanov by Baryshnikov out of Bairn Free.
